CIC FIGHTS CONGRESSIONAL PAY RAISE
With little fanfare or press attention, Congress is quietly giving
itself a 2.7% (or $3,800) pay increase, boosting their salaries to
$145,000 per year. Many members, who no doubt forget they are public
servants, arrogantly believe they deserve this automatic “cost of
living” increase. But not CIC! “In the real world, pay raises are
commensurate with meritorious service,” says CIC’s Scott Lauf.
However, this Congress has failed to remove Bill Clinton from office
and has failed to challenge him on any public policy issue for the last
eight years. This Congress should get a pay cut!” On Thursday CIC
delivered protest letters to selected members of the House
Appropriations Committee, along with pocketbooks filled with funny money
to symbolize their theft of the American taxpayer. CIC demanded that an
amendment stopping the pay increase be attached to the FY 2001 Treasury,
Postal & General Gov’t appropriations bill in the next full committee
mark-up session on July 18th. CIC supporters are encouraged to e-mail

HILLARY ABUSES SECRET SERVICE FOR FUNDRAISING?
CIC is investigating allegations that Hillary Clinton is illegally using
the Secret Service to raise money for her Senate campaign. Long Island
resident Ann Savino and her family say they received solicitations from
Hillary’s fundraisers after they gave their names and Social Security
numbers over to the Secret Service for security clearance in order to
attend a Hillary campaign event. Mrs. Savino, a Republican, believes
that the only way Hillary’s solicitors got their names was through the

CLINTON PROPOSES 43 M. ACRE LAND-GRAB
President Clinton is again usurping the rights of Western states and
their citizens by proposing another socialist land-grab. Clinton wants
to ban road construction for mining, logging and recreation on 43
million acres of forest land in the western United States. This would
close off public access to almost 30% of all U.S. Forest Service land.
There is a public comment period on this proposal which closes on July
17th. CIC encourages all supporters to immediately e-mail USDA
undersecretary Jim Lyons at Jim.Lyons@usda.gov . They already claim
to have support from 500,000 environmentalists who wrote them letters.
CORRUPTION AT COMMERCE DEPT. EXPOSED
CIC Renews Call for Official Inquiry into Death of Ron Brown
More evidence has surfaced proving that the Commerce Department, under
the late Ron Brown, illegally apportioned seats on official trade
missions to corporate executives who gave hefty donations to the
Clinton-Gore ’96 campaign. Allegations of this scandal were first
raised shortly after the ’96 elections by Nolanda Hill, Brown’s former
mistress. But Ms. Hill was widely discredited. Now, in a sworn
affidavit before Judge Royce Lamberth, former top Commerce official
Sonya Stewart states that secret documents and memos exist detailing the
swapping of trade mission seats for campaign cash. She also says that
Clinton’s deputy counsel at the White House, Cheryl Mills, instructed
Commerce officials not to comply with various subpoenas to turn over
these documents. “This is another smoking gun in a long list of Clinton
crimes, and it may just explain one possible motive in the case of Ron
Brown,” says CIC’s Jack Clayton. CIC is renewing its call upon Congress

STONEWALL OVER LATEST CLINTON ‘SUICIDE’
The mysterious ‘death’ of John Millis, former staff director of the
House Intelligence Committee, caused the sudden resignation of Jennifer
Millerwise, press spokeswoman for Rep. Porter Goss, chairman of the
committee. Ms. Millerwise is now in hiding and refusing to answer any
inquiries about Mr. Millis’ death. “The spook fear factor is in full
force,” says CIC’s Steve Miroy. “It is clear that this colleague of Mr.
Millis, and others, want to talk, but feel no guarantees for their
safety.” It should be noted that both Mr. Millis and Congressman Goss
were past operatives for the CIA. Both had intimate knowledge of
Clinton-approved covert-operations, particularly under DCI John Deutch.
SECRET FOSTER PHOTOS REVEAL SECOND BULLET
The Grim Reaper has given the Clintons a bad week. A recent ruling by
the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered Independent Counsel Robert
Ray to turn over to a District Court judge 10 photos taken of Vince
Foster’s corpse the day he was murdered. One of the photos reveals
clear evidence of a second gunshot wound on Foster’s neck, which has
been corroborated by an eyewitness who examined the body. “Since 1993

this ruling will eventually shatter the seven year Clinton cover-up of a

TWA 800 PHOTOS REVEAL CLINTON COVER-UP OF AIR DISASTER
Photographs have been uncovered exposing the Clinton administration’s
possible tampering with crucial evidence of the TWA 800 airliner, which
went down off Long Island in July 1996. James Sanders, an independent
investigator, is going public soon with new evidence proving that the
airplane was shot down by a missile. It should be recalled that over
150 people on record witnessed an upward streak of light in the sky
before the plane exploded into a fireball. The Association of Retired
Aviation Professionals are holding a press conference on Monday to
explain these new findings.
‘BIG BROTHER’ MAY BE SPYING ON YOU
Clinton’s FBI is bragging about its ability to monitor millions of
American citizens’ e-mails per second with its so-called “Carnivore”
machine. While the FBI contends it is only snooping on “hackers” and
terrorists,” it is clear that they have the ability to violate the
privacy of every American with a computer. This should not come as a
surprise since the NSA’s “Echelon” spy network has been doing this for
years and is now under investigation by the French government. In a
related matter, the White House’s drug policy website and 13 Pentagon
websites have “cookies” which track and monitor every visitor to these sites.
SENATE TO GRANT AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS
The Senate is contemplating whether to amend S. 2045 to grant amnesty to
tens of thousands of illegal aliens. This already bad bill, which
intends to increase the number of H1B foreign workers in the U.S., will
now be riddled with dangerous attachments catering to illegal criminal

JURY TAMPERING IN WACO CASE?
In a shocking decision, the jury has rendered a verdict in the Branch
Davidians $675 million lawsuit against the FBI and the federal
government: not negligent. Despite the overwhelming evidence presented
by the Davidian’s lawyers, the five jurors only deliberated 2 ½ hours
and decided that the government did not use excessive force nor was
responsible for the fire which killed over 80 innocent men, women and
children. “Was there jury tampering in this case?” asks CIC's Mike
Davis, “There needs to be an official investigation into the proceedings
of this civil trial.”
WHITE HOUSE LEAKS FILES ON WILLEY, GIULIANI
Pro-Clinton Bruce Shapiro of the liberal website rag Salon.com has
written a hit piece on Kathleen Willey which reveals detailed
information on her finances. Shapiro cites confidential financial
documents and FBI 302 forms which could only have come from White House
sources. And in the new book “Rudy: An Investigative Biography” by
liberal Wayne Barrett, information on Giuliani’s father’s Mafioso
connections are detailed. Of course, the book was intended to slander
Giuliani before he unexpedtedly dropped out of the NY Senate race. One
has to wonder if Hillary gave illegal FBI files on Giuliani, Sr. to
Barrett, especially since this information was never disclosed and used
against Giuliani in his previous mayoral races.
CLINTON/GORE SIC FEDS ON WHISTLEBLOWER
Revealing itself to be a tool of the White House, the Federal Election
Commission is suing Johnny Chung for campaign finance violation. Unlike
other top Chinagate figures, Chung has cooperated with Congress and has
publicly disclosed in detail his participation in the campaign finance
scandal. Chung has recounted many times his 57 visits to the White
House to give illegal foreign cash to Bill & Hillary Clinton. In a
recent interview on Fox News, he also accused Al Gore of harassment.
GORE FLIES ON TAXPAYERS’ DIME
Recently disclosed figures from the Department of Defense reveal that
Vice President Gore has bilked the taxpayers over $10 million on his
campaign travel aboard Air Force Two. Since April 1999 Gore has taken
over 130 trips at an average cost of $26,000 per flight hour. His
campaign has yet to reimburse the government for the paltry sum required

STREISDAND TO RAISE BIG BUCKS FOR GORE
Immediately following the Democratic convention in August, ultra-liberal
songstress Barbra Streisdand will hold a concert in the Shrine
Auditorium (site of the Academy Awards) to raise money for Al Gore. To
attend this exclusive event, each couple will be charged the outrageous
sum of $50,000.
DID GORE KILL TENANTS’ PETS?
Slumlord Gore’s infamous tenants, Tracy Mayberry and family, have moved
out of his sewage-infested rental home in Tennessee to a new place in
Ohio. What prompted their departure was not just Gore’s failure to fix
the plumbing, but the killing of their pets. According to Mayberry,
their dog was poisoned and their cat had its throat slit. It should be
recalled that when Kathleen Willey went public with Clinton’s sexual
assault on her in 1998, her cat disappeared and her car tires were
slashed.
DISBARMENT CASE MOVES FORWARD
A judge has finally been selected in Arkansas to preside over President
Clinton’s disbarment case. Fearing repercussions from the White House,
four Democratic judges with close ties to Clinton stepped aside. Judge
Leon Johnson, an appointee of Republican Governor Mike Huckabee, has
agreed to hear the case.
DEMOCRAT TO CHALLENGE HILLARY FOR SENATE?
Despite her coronation by the New York Democratic party at its May
convention, Hillary may have to fight for the Democratic nomination. NY
surgeon Mark McMahon says he has enough petition signatures to force a
Democratic Senate primary on September 12.
